The Havenry is operated by HVN Global LLC ("HVN Global," "we," "us," or "our") as HVN's consumer-facing commercial and experiential institution. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The Havenry is the primary environment in which a Charge encounters HVN Offerings, Interior Notes, Appointments, environments, and related systems. In the HVN Lexicon, an Appointment is a curated non-proprietary object selected for HVN; it is not a synonym for a service, consultation, or engagement.

The site may present Offerings for exploration before every commerce function is active. A live Acquisition is formed only when the applicable checkout, payment, confirmation, and other required transaction steps are actually available and completed.

You may use the site for lawful personal use and to explore The Havenry. You agree not to:

• violate applicable law or another party's rights;
• scrape, harvest, systematically extract, or republish site content without authorization;
• interfere with the site, its security, or its underlying systems;
• attempt to access non-public administrative or team areas without authorization;
• misuse Vale or attempt to circumvent the interaction controls provided to Charges.

The site and its content — including text, imagery, video, design, HVN marks, product architecture, naming systems, trade dress, editorial material, and the HVN Lexicon — are owned by or licensed to HVN Global LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view and use the site for its intended purpose. No broader license to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit HVN materials is granted without prior written authorization.

Descriptions, imagery, availability, specifications, and prices may change and may occasionally contain errors. An Offering displayed on the site is not necessarily available for Acquisition at all times.

Where checkout is not yet active, any purchase-style experience shown is illustrative only and does not itself create an order or contract of sale.

When live commerce is activated, an Acquisition will be subject to the transaction terms shown at or before Completion, together with applicable Shipping & Returns terms and any terms presented by the payment or commerce-facilitation provider.

The Havenry may use Shopify or another approved commerce provider to facilitate checkout, payment, account, order-management, fraud-prevention, and related functions. No provider-specific representation in this draft should be treated as final until the production configuration is verified.

Vale is The Havenry's digital concierge experience. Vale currently receives only predefined prompt selections rather than unrestricted visitor text. Responses are provided for informational and experiential convenience and are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

The site may depend on third-party providers for hosting, media, artificial intelligence, payments, commerce facilitation, fulfillment, communications, security, or other infrastructure. Those providers may apply their own terms and policies to the portions of the experience they operate.

Shipping, return, exchange, refund, damaged-item, and fulfillment rules are governed by the separate Shipping & Returns policy applicable when commerce is live. No shipping timeline, return window, refund period, or final-sale rule should be assumed unless it is stated in that policy or at the point of Acquisition.

Administrative and marketing areas are restricted to authorized Keepers and team members and are not public Charge features. Authorized users are responsible for protecting their access and for complying with applicable internal rules.
