Privacy Policy

The Havenry is operated by HVN Global LLC ("HVN Global," "we," "us," or "our") as HVN's consumer-facing commercial and experiential institution. This Policy explains how we handle personal information when a Charge visits, communicates with, or — when commerce is active — completes an Acquisition through The Havenry.

Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated with an individual, such as a name, email address, shipping information, IP address, or message content.

• Public browsing and technical information. Hosting and web infrastructure may process IP address, browser or device information, requested resources, timestamps, and related technical logs used to deliver and secure the site.
• Communications. If you contact The Havenry, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as name, email address, and message content.
• Restricted team access. Internal administrative or marketing systems may process authorized team-member email addresses and necessary session information. These are not public Charge features.
• Commerce information when activated. Once live commerce is enabled, information necessary for an Acquisition may include contact, billing, shipping, order, fulfillment, fraud-prevention, return, exchange, and transactional communication data.

Vale is designed to minimize personal-data collection. The current public concierge accepts predefined prompt selections rather than unrestricted free-text input.

Operational reporting is limited to aggregate or non-identifying information such as prompt type, referenced Offering, and summarized usage counts. This information is used for internal operational understanding rather than cross-site behavioral advertising.

The current public experience does not require a general visitor account cookie. Restricted internal functions may use strictly necessary session cookies. As commerce, account, Shopify-enabled, analytics, or other functionality is activated, additional cookies or similar technologies may become necessary.

The active technology stack must be reverified before publication and whenever material features change. See the Cookie Notice for the implementation-specific disclosure.

When Shopify-enabled commerce or another approved commerce platform is activated, the applicable provider may process information needed for checkout, payment facilitation, account functions, order administration, fraud prevention, and related commerce operations.

HVN should minimize its own handling of full payment-card credentials where those credentials are processed directly by an approved payment provider. The exact providers, data categories, and roles must be verified against the final production configuration before this Policy is approved for publication.

When an Acquisition requires physical fulfillment, relevant information may be shared with approved fulfillment providers, carriers, logistics providers, suppliers where direct fulfillment is used, and services supporting tracking, returns, or exchanges.

Only information reasonably necessary for the applicable fulfillment activity should be shared. Operational shipping and return rules are addressed separately in the Shipping & Returns policy.

• respond to communications and provide Charge support;
• facilitate Acquisitions when commerce is active;
• administer orders, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and exchanges;
• send required transactional communications;
• prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
• maintain appropriate business, accounting, and legal records;
• comply with applicable law and protect HVN, Charges, partners, and others.

We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to operate The Havenry, including to hosting and infrastructure providers; email and communications providers; approved commerce and payment providers; fulfillment and logistics providers; security and fraud-prevention providers; professional advisors; authorities where required or permitted by law; and successors in an actual or proposed business transaction.

HVN does not currently sell or rent personal information collected through The Havenry and does not currently use that information for third-party behavioral advertising. Because terms such as "sale," "sharing," and "targeted advertising" may carry specific statutory meanings, counsel must confirm the final wording against the active production stack and applicable law.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate operational, contractual, security, accounting, legal, or recordkeeping needs.

Before live commerce launches, HVN should establish internal retention standards for Acquisition and order records, shipping and fulfillment records, returns and exchanges, support communications, account data if offered, technical logs, and marketing preferences.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information we maintain about you, which may include access, correction, deletion, a copy of certain information, or other treatment provided by law.

Requests may be directed to legal@hvnglobalco.com. We may need to verify identity before acting on certain requests. Counsel will determine any jurisdiction-specific rights, notices, appeal procedures, or response periods required before publication.

The Havenry is intended for an adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the public Havenry experience.

The Havenry may link to or integrate with external websites, platforms, payment services, delivery services, or other resources. Their independent privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

Personal information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, asset transfer, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable legal obligations.

We may update this Policy as The Havenry, its Offerings, technology, service providers, or legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective or last-updated date and, where required, additional notice or consent.
